今夜はIcelandに一緒に行った女性のみのHome Partyがあった。

ダーリン抜きでのパーティに参加するのは初めて!

現状、英語もままならないし、皆、ネイティブ・アメリカンなので
ものすごいスピードでお喋りしているので、理解できずに辛い…。

でも、マンツーマンとかで話す時は辛うじて大丈夫。

そんな訳で、キッシュとワインを持参。

キッシュは、皆に大好評で、「レシピ教えて!」と言われ、
メールする約束をした。









ingredients

*** Any vesitable you like or leftovers in refrigerator should be fine.

- 3 strips of Bacon
- a half of Onion
- 1/3 Bloccoli (all you want)

- 9 inch Pie crust (frozen)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 lb Mozzarella cheese trips
- 1/2c. milk
- Salt to taste (1 1/2 tsp.)

How to cook

1) Cut Onion, Bloccoli, Bacon
2) Steam Bloccoli
3) Fly up the Onion and Bacon
4) Mix milk, eggs and salt, and then mix (3) Onion and Bacon
5) Preheat the oven to 350 degree
6) (4) Pour into uncooded pie crust
7) Lay out Bloccoli on the (6), and Lay out Mozzarella cheese trips
8) Bake about 30 minutes in hot oven, 350 degrees.
