「中国製ギョーザに殺虫剤、10人中毒症状・ＪＴ子会社立ち入り

　千葉、兵庫両県で昨年12月以降、中国製冷凍ギョーザを食べた計10人が吐き気や下痢などの中毒症状を訴え、千葉県市川市の女児（５）が一時意識不明の重体になっていたことが、30日分かった。ギョーザは日本たばこ産業（ＪＴ）の子会社「ジェイティフーズ」（東京・品川）が輸入しており、毒性の強い有機リン系殺虫剤「メタミドホス」が検出された。」


やっぱり中国産の野菜は農薬漬なんだなと改めて実感。

きっと、アメリカも大量生産大量消費国なので…。

ちょっと気になり"本物の野菜の見分け方"なんていうサイトを発見。

食品の恐怖といえば、添加物の入った食品もね。

原材料を見ると、添加物の多さにゾッとしてしまい、極力食べないようにしている。

でも、作るのが大変とか、おいしそうという誘惑にかられることもある。

食品の安全は、最も身近な問題であるけれど、身近すぎて気づきにくい

ことだとも思う。

やはり家族のためにも食材選びや、毒出し調理法を考えた料理は大切だな。

食の危機を実感するニュースだった。

この3名が受賞。

そして、朝、ダーリンからこんな情報が届く。

今は　Chicago大学にいるけれど、1976年-2001年までKelloggに在籍し、

受賞した研究内容は　Kellogg　にいた時のものだったんだよ。

ノーベル賞を受賞できるような人物とは、どんな人なのか

話すチャンスがあったかもしれないのにね。

Myerson won his Nobel for his contributions to “mechanism design.”

An example of a “mechanism design” problem, as applied to businesses,
is the following. Suppose that you are the CEO of a company and you
have a bunch of division managers. These division managers have
information about the underlying profitability of investments in their
divisions that you don’t, and do not necessarily have an incentive
to tell you the truth about what they know (perhaps because if they
say that their division is unprofitable, you will shut down the division).

Then you face a “mechanism design” problem: how do you construct
an incentive system (a “mechanism”) for the managers that will lead
to the most efficient investments possible, taking into account thefact
that the division managers are (a) to some extent self-interested,
and (b) have private information about their divisions?
